The filter box at the top of the Lamella filters out particles larger than 5mm. After entering the sedimentation tank, the supernatant overflows and is discharged into the buffer tank for reuse. The bottom sediment sludge can be pumped from the mud discharge port to the homogeneous mixing tank, and then transported by the diaphragm pump refers to the KMP filter press system for sludge dewatering treatment. The whole process is controlled by PLC program, fully automatic, and can be unattended operation.
